Customized sessions tailored to YOU. Trained in the Bhakti lineage of love and devotion, I craft my classes to fulfill your intentions and provide mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Vinyasa-style flow links breath to movement and we move at a comfortable pace, whether you new to yoga or an advanced practitioner. I enjoy sharing elements of pranayama (breathwork), meditation and Ayurveda when appropriate. Working together will help you become more present, mentally aware, and balanced in your physical and energetic being.

Private
1 on 1 and semi-private classes (2-3 people) at your location or mine. Working together in this setting allows me to adapt sequencing and postures, provide alignment adjustments and hold space to explore the practice of yoga. I enjoy teaching a regular practice over time where clients can witness the benefits of yogic well-being in their daily life. This includes improved posture, flexibility and strength as well as the ability to better handle daily stressors and find healthy sleep, eating, and wellness habits for a joyful disposition.

Beyond the benefits of improved physical health, yoga at the office provides a pause in the work day to become more grounded, refreshed, and better able to handle stress. The beauty of existing together in a time and place aside from the typical work constraints helps coworkers and teams see each other in a new light. workshops & Retreats
Special workshops and retreats that range from a single half-day event to a long weekend retreat in upstate New York or abroad. Here we get to explore deeper aspects of yogic philosophy and incorporate restorative yoga, energy healing, essential oils, sound baths, yoga nidra (deep yogic sleep). I've hosted retreats focused on connecting to nature and animals, unleashing creating, seasonal transitions (winter > spring). I'm happy to partner with organizations / teachers to design an offering.
