All sessions take place on the ground with appropriate horses in a safe and supportive environment. Activities can be customized for your business, off-site or retreat. There is no riding involved.

This is a great experience for humans interested in the energetic realm which horses inhabit. We can tailor your experience to what is coming up for you and move through challenges concerning boundaries, stuck mindsets, old stories / patterns, relationships, family constellations and overwhelm / stress, and lack of self-care.
You'll be in your body and heart, observing the horses and noticing how you interpret their behaviors. They'll help shed light on your responses to particular feelings and situations in your life and how it can change once your energy around it does. Horses sense your energetic fields and mirror your emotional states, both lower ones and positive, uplighting ones. As a coach, I'm here to hold space, pose open questions, and crystalize insights.

Group Dynamics and CohesioN
Horses see below the surface and instantly sense the group dynamic. As herd animals, they are keenly aware of the energetic shifts of both individuals and the group as a whole. This provides powerful and immediate feedback that can transform employees' understanding of their effect in the working group.

For groups to work together effectively, they must have self-awareness, trust in each other, and believe in their leader. Starting with a level playing field at the farm, we'll explore intentions and goals and practice how to support each other for the best outcomes.

As within their own herd, horses show us how individuals can work cohesively for positive results. Through various activities, participants will observe and understand how their energetic state of participation affects both the group and the desired outcomes (business goals).

Horse teachers get right to the point and it's amazing what we can be accomplished together in a short time (1 or 2 days). They respond to the slightest of shifts in the group dynamic, providing plenty of teachable moments that will imprint for the future. Because this is a whole being felt experience, the results are transformative and long-lasting.

the Art of leadership
As with every group setting, leadership is a integral element. Leadership is about how we lead ourselves and how we lead others. Horses naturally seek an effective leader and they respond to various leadership styles differently. They'll help you witness when you are out of congruence (too firm or too soft-spoken, distracted or unfocused, out of touch with group members struggles), or aligned (moving smoothly along the course and obstacles).
